HAROLD F. (HANK) PARKER has been the Executive Director for Guam Legal Services Corporation since June 30, 2008. Hank came to Guam as a VISTA volunteer attorney in January, 1976 and then joined the Public Defender Service Corporation. In 1981 after two short terms as acting director of the PDSC, he became director and remained as such until his retirement on September 30, 2003. Between 2003 and 2006, he was in private practice. He has been a member at large on the Guam Bar Board of Governors for more than fifteen years.
