The Judiciary of Guam and Guam Bar Association recently purchased a valuable and timely ALT ABA publication entitled “Red Flags — A Lawyer’s Handbook on Legal Ethics” which is
available for GBA members to review at their convenience during normal business hours at the office of the GBA ethics prosecutor. The cover, preface and table of contents of the book are
reproduced here for everyone’s review and information.
