Beginning on September 1, 2010, the court boxes located behind the Small Claims counter at the Guam Judicial Center will only be used for service of documents on attorneys by the courts of the Judiciary of Guam. Attorneys will not be able to distribute any documents to other attorneys using those boxes as they will be dedicated to service on attorneys by the courts only.
The GBA has purchased a new set of attorney boxes which will be used as “attorney courtesy boxes” and which will be located in the public hallway near the parking lot door. They will be labeled the same way the service boxes are labeled for the convenience of bar members and their staff. Please make sure both your courtesy box (which will be located in the public hallway near the parking lot door) and your service box (which will still be located behind the secure Small Claims counter) regularly checked.
