Notice of Supreme Court Hearing on Adoption of New Rules

The Supreme Court has issued formal notice of two upcoming hearings both of which will occur at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 16, 2010 in the Monessa G. Lujan Appellate Courtroom. The hearings will address: (1) The Court’s possible adoption of an amended Rule 69 of the Guam Rules of Civil Procedure; and (2) the Court’s possible adoption of Miscellaneous Rule 7.1 of the Local Rules of the Superior Court.
