Guam’s Attorney Disciplinary System is overseen by the Supreme Court of Guam and is administered by the Guam Bar Association’s Committee on Professional Ethics and Unauthorized Practice of Law.
Past orders of the Supreme Court disciplining Guam attorneys can be viewed on the Unified Judiciary’s website by visiting www.guamcourts.org, clicking into the “Supreme Court” link and then clicking into the “Attorney Discipline” link.
To lodge an ethics complaint regarding an attorney licensed to practice law in Guam please print the Attorney Ethics Complaint Form, fill it out in its entirety and submit it to the Ethics Prosecutor’s Office.
