With the signing of the latest Executive Order No. 2020-30, The Supreme Court of Guam has issued Administrative Order No. ADM20-406, the Seventh Updated Order Relative to Court Operations Under Exigent Circumstances Related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), filed September 4, 2020.
In addition, Administrative Order No. ADM20-407 was also issued today, Second Updated Order Relative to Authorizing the Magistrates to Preside Over Warrant Returns in All Criminal Matters Before the Superior Court of Guam Under Exigent Circumstances Related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
