Governor Lou Leon Guerrero announced that Guam will go to Pandemic Condition of Readiness 2 (PCOR 2) at 8 a.m. ChST, Sunday, May 10, 2020 allowing some businesses to open under DPHSS guidance. In response to continued efforts to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and with the consent of the Supreme Court of Guam, the Guam Bar Association Annual Meeting is tentatively rescheduled for July 2020. An exact date has not been scheduled but more information is forthcoming.

Due to the ongoing efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Supreme Court of Guam issued Administrative Order No. ADM20-239 on May 4, 2020 outlining continued changes to its operational procedures. Note that this Updated Order repeals and replaces Administrative Order Nos. ADM20-203, ADM20-206, ADM20-207, ADM20-210,ADM20-211,ADM20-212,ADM20-214,and ADM20-220.
