On June 7, 2019, the Supreme Court of Guam received the American Bar Association Lawyer Discipline System Consultation Report, which was facilitated and paid for by our membership, to aid the Court in reviewing the proposed amendments to the disciplinary rules starting in March 2018. The Board of Governors is in the process of reviewing a copy of the 81 page report, received September 4, 2019, and invites the membership to compile their commentaries for further discussion.
