Please be advised of the key changes:
- - Expands business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, for the same set of transactions, namely:
- - Payment of traffic citations;
- - Payment of case-related obligations, including bail, restitution, and fines and fees; and
- - Requests for traffic and court clearances.
- - Extends the commencement of grand jury proceedings to no earlier than July 13, 2020.
- - Extends the suspension of weekend sentences at DOC until August 1, 2020.
- - Extends delayed confinement until August 1, 2020.
- - Permits the Clerks of Court and parties to continue to serve documents through electronic means or by mail, except where personal service is required.
