Guam’s Attorney Disciplinary System is overseen by the Supreme Court of Guam and is administered by the Disciplinary Proceedings and Guam Bar Ethics Committee to the Guam Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement and Disability Proceedings (GRLDEDP) and Comprehensive Lawyer Regulatory System.
