The GBA is proud to announce that a Confirmation Hearing has been scheduled for the appointment of our very own GBA Treasurer, Attorney John C. Terlaje, to serve as Judge at the Superior Court of Guam. A public notice has been issued for the hearing, scheduled for next week Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Members of the GBA (and the general public) may submit testimonies, both oral and written. To submit your testimony, please see the attached announcement, from the Office of Senator Sabina Flores Perez, Acting Chairperson.
The Confirmation Hearing will be broadcasted on local television and will be live streamed via the Guam Legislature YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@GuamLegislatureMedia.
