Please see attached Promulgation Order No. PRM21-001-02, Re: Amendment to the Guam Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement and Disability Proceedings, that was e-filed in the Supreme Court on May 6, 2024.  PRM21-001-02 will help  pave the way for GBA to offer LAP services to members, via the NYSBA.
