About the Attorney General's Office
Attorney General Douglas Moylan leads the office, which remains the largest law firm on Guam with about 200 staff. He was the 1st elected (2003-2006) and now the 6th elected (2023-2026) AG. The AG is the Chief Legal Officer of the Government and Chief Law Enforcement Officer, with criminal and civil purview. General Moylan provides the leadership, sets the legal policy and was selected by our People to Protect the Public Interest, set uniform legal policy and to save our taxpayers money. We seek dedicated, hardworking and competent recruits to join our team of legal professionals.
We maintain 8 Divisions: General Crimes, Government Corruption, Civil, Solicitors, Family, Appellate & Writing, Child Support and Consumer Protection. We also perform Crime Victim Advocacy and Notary licensing functions. We offer a broad spectrum of opportunities ranging from prosecution, litigation, legal counseling, contract and procurement review, legal research and writing, and local and Federal appellate practice. The AG is flexible to tailoring your career to our legal services. We remain the largest law office on Guam with a winning track record.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed in a State or US territory
- Excellent verbal, writing, and research skills
- No prior legal experience required
