REGISTRATION OPEN: 2025 Annual District Court Conference - 75 Years of the District Court of Guam: Honoring Our Legacy

The District Court of Guam is excited to announce the upcoming 2025 Annual District Court of Guam Conference, taking place on Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa. This year's theme, "75 Years of the District Court of Guam: Honoring Our Legacy," will bring together leading voices and professionals in the federal Judiciary for a day of insight, collaboration, and celebration.

• Time: 8:00AM - 4:45PM (Conference) & 5:00PM - 7:00PM (Cocktail Reception)
• Location: Hilton Guam Resort & Spa Micronesian Ballroom (Conference) & Gallery (Cocktail Reception)

• Registration deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

• Presentations and engaging panel discussions by 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton, 9th Circuit Senior Circuit Judge M. Margaret McKeown, 9th Circuit Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson, 9th Circuit Executive Susan Y. Soong; Attorneys Ann Keith, Roger P.  Crouthamel, and Fred Black; and more.
• Topics to include artificial intelligence updates; best practices in presenting motions in limine, declarations, and evidentiary foundations; evolving federal law on Guam; conversatorios with Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia and Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton; and more.
• Special features celebrating 75 years of the District Court of Guam

Registration:

Reserve your spot by Friday, September 12, 2025 through your GBA Member Dashboard. The registration for this event is $275 per person.

Registration includes 8 CLE Credits (9 CLE Credits with Registration of Power Act 2025 Event), light breakfast refreshments, lunch, light snack, and entrance to the cocktail reception that will take place in the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa Gallery immediately after the conference adjourns.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Check, or Debit/Credit Card* 
 

• Cash payments may be made in person at the GBA Headquarters.
• Check payments may be mailed to 284 W Chalan Santo Papa Hagåtña, GU 96910 or dropped to the GBA HQ.
• All payments must be received by September 12, 2025. In-person payments may be made from 9AM-12PM or 2PM-5PM, with a scheduled appointment. Please contact Mari at mari@guambar.org to schedule a drop off time.

*A Convenience Fee of approximately 4% will be applied to all online payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal through our payment platforms, as approved by the GBA Board of Governors at a meeting held on June 3, 2025. Members may avoid this fee by making payment via check or cash.
