The Government of Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services has issued a Social Isolation Directive, in response to Executive Order No. 2020-05 issued by the Governor of Guam, in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-10.
Please see the attached Notice indicating that the offices of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands (USAO Guam and the NMI) will be closed effective by close of business today, March 19, 2020, and through March 30, 2020, or until further notice when safe to return to normal operating procedures.
In response to the National Public Health Emergency declared by the President of the United States, the District Court of Guam issued General Order 20-0011. Please view the attached file to affecting operations at the courthouse.
The Governor of Guam has issued Executive Order No.2020-05 mandating social isolation, lifting restrictions of health care licensure and clarifying the status of non-essential Government of Guam operations.
