Please see the Third Updated Administrative Order ADM20-361, relative to Court Operations Under Exigent Circumstances related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) e-filed in the Supreme Court of Guam today, July 2, 2020.
A change regarding uniform procedures for remote proceedings using Zoom has been issued via Administrative Order No. ADM001-20.
On June 26, 2020, the District Court of Guam has issued the following General Orders:
General Order No. 20-0024: Extends the CARES Act provisions identified in General Order No. 20-0013 for a period of 90 days.
General Order No. 20-0025: Cash payments can now be accepted in the Clerk's Office.
Chief Justice F. Philip Carbullido will give the State of Judiciary Address at the Guam Congress Building on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ChST. This year, the event will be broadcasted virtually via the Guam Legislature's YouTube web page.
